Windows 8 Metro UI for Windows 7

If you do not want to wait for Windows 8 for a year and want to use the new Metro UI on Windows 7, you can do this by installing rainmeter and omnimo as described below:

Step 1.
Remove all icons from the desktop

Step 2.
Configure the color from the desktop as black

Step 3.
Download Rainmeter 2.x from http://rainmeter.net/RainCMS/

Step 4.
Install Rainmeter 2.x

Step 5.
Download Omnimo 4.x theme for rainmeter 2.x

Step 6.
Install Omnimo 4
During install choose for apply theme and launch rainmeter after install
Choose in welcome screen for the right settings and choose desktop icons off
Choose for English (or other language)
Choose theme Windows 8 start screen

Step 7.
Configure the screen
When you choose for + you can install 100 (!) more apps on omnimo 4.x

Step 8.
Install ADD-ONS from http://omnimo.info/

Step 9.
Install Win8menu.exe from http://www.deviantart.com/download/213387297/win8menu_by_vhanla-d3j1mox.zip
